Trainings for Team Leads
In recent weeks, the Team Leads were invited to leadership workshops held at the Buenos Aires, Montevideo and Rosario offices. The focus of the workshops was placed on the management of high performance teams. “These meetings are part of a broader leadership program that will continue throughout the year,� said Fernando Lamelas, Learning Specialist.
As a result, we are coordinating meetings in order to form a community of TL´s best practices in Buenos Aires and Rosario. In each meeting, topics of interest will be discussed and proposed by the participants, experiences will be shared and actions will be decided in order to achieve the continuous improvement of TL practices in the company.
