Polycom visit
The new management of Polycom decided, with VP input, that visiting the Montevideo offices was the best way to show the team their appreciation, get to know each other better and start planning for the future of the relationship.
Christian Davis (Product Owner), Jeffrey Babe (Director) and our Senior Partner, Mark Manzo visited us for one week.
They could not have made a better decision. After several meetings, the team figured out how they wanted to work, defined several agile processes and started Sprint 1 after deciding to go with Scrum.
There was place for celebration with a couple of after offices and a BBQ, they left with promises of returning, proving once more that nothing beats face to face interaction and how it affects in a positive way the relationship Client-VP, making it more firm and healthy in just one week when working in a distributed model.
