This is another post in our Velocity Partners colleague spotlight series of conversations. The idea is to sit down with some of my Velocity Partners colleagues and to “talk shop” a bit. Getting to know their projects, interests, backgrounds, etc.

In this installment, we spend a little time with Melisa Cabrera. She’s a very busy Solutions Manager who comes to us from our Rosario, Argentina office. Listen in and get to know Melisa.

Our conversation mostly surrounds the role of the Solutions Manager from her perspective. She’s been in this role for quite a few teams in a relatively short time while at Velocity Partner. We also explore her CSD certification, some of her “pet peeves or challenges” from an agile perspective, and the benefits of teaching. All-in-all, it was a really nice chat.
