Enabling Distributed Agile Teams — Pointers

I ran across this blog post (and presentation) about distributed teams. It’s an interesting approach to facilitating a meeting and driving team-based thinking about how to improve distributed collaboration.

I thought it was well worth sharing…stay agile my friends,

Bob.

The presentation is very interesting. As a member of a distributed team I am sure that distributed agile work would be improved significantly if some of these pointers were adopted. One example is the fine set of collaboration tools presented in the resources section of the presentation. Usually on-site teams have their own tools they have always used, and work fine for collocated teams. I think these tools could bring benefits for both ends. Thanks for sharing this material!
