Management Summit Maps Out Opportunities for 2016
The Velocity Partners Nearshore Ops management team held its annual planning retreat in Rosario, Argentina, in November. During the two-day meeting, the team discussed the latest labor market climate survey results, successes, opportunities for improvement and 2016 initiatives.
“We were happy to see that we achieved nearly all our objectives, especially regarding client and employee satisfaction,� said Barnaby Sheridan, Senior Partner of Nearshore Operations.
Looking ahead to 2016, we discussed ways to attract new talent to our growing team and make Velocity Partners a place where everyone has the tools to excel. With team members spread across seven offices and four countries, having face-to-face time was an important component of the meeting.
