This is our third conversation blog post. The idea is to sit down with some of my Velocity Partners colleagues and to “talk shop” a bit. Getting to know their projects, interests, backgrounds, etc.

In this installment, we were lucky to grab some time from Luciano Deluca. He’s a very busy Software Team Leader who comes to us from our Montevideo, Uruguay  office. Listen in and get to know Luciano. He has some interesting things to say about the Velocity Partners the contrasts between Waterfall and Agile and some key aspects for “agile maturity”.
