Hi everyone,

This is another blog post in our series of ongoing conversations. The idea is to sit down with some of my Velocity Partners colleagues and to “talk shop” a bit. Getting to know their projects, interests, backgrounds, etc.

In this installment, we were fortunate to grab some time from Adrian Moya “between compiles”. He is a Senior Software Engineer who happens to be the first team member / hire in our Medellin, Columbia office. Listen in and get to know Adrian.

Our conversation mostly surrounds his journey from Venezuela, to Bogota, to Medellin — in search of the “perfect” agile company and role. We both believe he’s “found it” at Velocity Partners. I enjoyed the conversation and am looking forward as the Colombian office grows and developers. I’m sure Adrian will play a significant role in that.
