South America Trip Highlighted Agile Development Centers, Team Building
Introducing companies to the Velocity Partners approach.
Managing Partner Peter Stroeve and Senior Partner Brian Estep recently traveled to Argentina to show a potential client the Velocity Partners Agile development centers, a visit Stroeve called both productive and rewarding.
“We are finding that many of our prospective customers would like to visit at least one of our offices prior to engaging Velocity Partners on a long-term basis,� Stroeve said. “We selected the Rosario, Argentina, office and asked a number of our employees to participate in the various meetings. Some of the topics covered included project practices, QA approach, engagement start-up process, and individual meetings with some of our engineers. We also went sightseeing and enjoyed many wonderful Argentine meals. I would strongly encourage other prospective customers to come and visit our offices, experience the culture, and witness the Velocity Partners’ model in action.�
