| 401(k) with Company Match |
Hourly & Salaried Employees may enroll any time once they’ve completed 30 days of employment. We’ll match their contributions 100% up to $4,000 after one year of employment. We offer a variety of investment options to choose from, through Principal Financial Group, our 401(k) Plan Administrator. To help employees with those tough investment decisions, they can access various financial worksheets and engines online, to receive personalized investment advice. |

| Bench Time |
Salaried employees earn one week of bench time for every 6 months worked, up to a maximum of two weeks. |

| Book Allowance |
Salaried employees are eligible to sign up for a non-taxable book allowance up to $100 per month. |

| Dental Insurance |
We offer a thorough dental plan through Delta Dental with affordable rates for our hourly employees and 100% paid premiums for salaried employees and their dependents. This is an individual plan that can be elected on its own, without signing up for medical. Coverage begins on the first of the month following your hire date. |

| Flexible Spending Account |
After 60 days of employment, Hourly and Salaried Employees are eligible to sign up for the FSA plan, which allows you to write off dependent care expenses (i.e. child-care, tuition, etc) and/or out-of-pocket medical expenses (copays, deductibles, prescriptions, etc) on a pre-tax basis, which makes your taxable income lower at the end of the calendar year. |

| Floating Holidays |
Salaried employees receive nine floating holidays each year to be used at their discretion for any federal, religious or cultural holiday. |

| Gift Matching Program |
Velocity Partners matches employee donations to qualified charitable organizations – 100% up to $250 per year. Fostering employee contributions to worthy causes with matching contributions is a tangible expression. We want employees to get involved, and we are there to support you. |

| Gym Membership Allowance |
Salaried employees are eligible to sign up for a gym membership allowance for themselves and their immediate family members, up to $65.00 per month. This enables the employee to join a gym of their choice. |

| Medical Insurance |
To promote healthy employees, we offer a comprehensive PPO medical plan through Regence with affordable rates for our hourly employees and 100% paid premiums for salaried employees and their dependents. The medical insurance plan comes with $30,000 of life insurance for employees plus a very good Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) for all family members. Coverage begins on the first of the month following your hire date. |

| Paid Time Off |
Salaried employees receive 15 days of PTO during their first year of employment. PTO will increase one day per year, up to a maximum of 20 days. |

| Personal Insurance Policies |
Hourly & Salaried Employees are eligible to sign up for several personal insurance policies immediately upon hire. These policies include Accident , Personal Recovery Plus and Cancer Indemnity. These policies are through Aflac. They are portable and offered at discounted group rates. |

| Referral Bonus |
Some of our best employees have been hired through referrals. We encourage employees to recommend candidates for opportunities here and will award a $1,500 bonus if your referral accepts our offer and remains employed for at least 60 days. |

| Short Term Disability Insurance |
Hourly & Salaried Employees are eligible to sign up for Short Term Disability immediately upon hire. This coverage is offered through Aflac. The plan is portable and offered at discounted group rates. |

| Supplemental Life Insurance |
Hourly & Salaried Employees that are enrolled in our Medical plan, may sign up at any time for additional life insurance through Aetna. Up to $80,000 can be purchased without completing an Evidence of Insurability form. This plan is portable and offered a discounted group rates. |

| Training Allowance |
Salaried employees are eligible to sign up for a non-taxable training allowance up to $200 per month to be used for any non-Velocity Partners training courses. |

| Transit Allowance |
Salaried employees are eligible to sign up for a non-taxable transit allowance up to $65.00 per month to assist with parking, bus & light rail passes and ferry fees. |

| Tuition Free Training |
To support continuing education and professional development, we offer tuition free training for all Velocity Partners classes. These classes focus on Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development and project management. |

| Vision Insurance |
We offer a fabulous vision plan through VSP that covers extra benefits for eyesight requirements associated with working in front of a computer.
