PeopleMatter – 100 sprints and counting…

A short while ago (September 2015) , one of our Solutions Managers, copied me on an email that I thought was really cool. It seemed like one of our teams just completed their 100th sprint with our client .

Now as an Agile Coach, I understand the significance of this. Not just in time, but in the teamwork, collaboration, continuous improvement, and results that are a result of a long-tenured relationship like this. So I thought I’d ask Eugenia and our client to discuss their observations of the “journey” so far.

We were lucky that our client, , Senior Director of Engineering at PeopleMatter, had the time to be interviewed on the backstory of this event.

I sat down on October 9th, 2015 for a quick chat with Andrea and Eugenia. This is a different interview than we normally do on the Velocity Partners blog, but I think it went very well. Please listen to them explore the journey between PeopleMatter, Velocity Partners and our teams

Oh and by the way, after I turned off the recording (sigh!) both Andrea and Eugenia mentioned that this was one of the better offshore/nearshore partnerships that they’ve been a part of. How cool is that?

Stay agile my friends,

Bob.
